After showing off an in-display front camera prototype just a few weeks back, OPPO is back with a new prototype which features a new tech from the brand. Today the company has shared images of its upcoming bezel-less smartphone prototype, which it calls ‘Waterfall Screen’ technology.
The OPPO phone will have 88° curved sides, so the screen-to-body ratio should be high in this as well. Interestingly, the prototype doesn’t have a front-camera but the final version of the smartphone is slated to come with it. There are still not much of a detail surrounding the new ‘Waterfall Screen’ other than the bits and pieces that were teased by the brand.
There are rumors that the launch of this product could be around IFA 2019 in Berlin, wherein OPPO could launch a full-fledged smartphone or could at least reveal their plans of bringing it to the market.
