iRobot Roomba 980 launched in India with Alexa support

Puresight Systems, the distributor of iRobot products in India has announced the new and updated iRobot Roomba 980 for the Indian market with Amazon Alexa support out of the box. The Roomba lineup has been very successful and well know in other parts of the world and the company has been actively working to hook the Indian market onto their products as well.

The newer Roomba is supported by Amazon Alexa and users can commence cleaning by simply asking their Alexa, for eg. Alexa, Ask Robbie to commence cleaning. Other than this there’s nothing new in the newer variant except for the bump in the price.
